Elvino de Sousa, A Canadian Innovator

Elvino de Sousa is the founder of wireless communications at the University of Toronto. He is a pioneer in the area of CDMA cellular systems, including many lectures and short courses in CDMA and leading conferences throughout the world in the critical years of CDMA system research. He has supervised over 40 Masters and Ph.D. theses.
